Some Terminolgy:

Dealer Sticker Price:
Its monroney sticker price plus the quoted retail price.

Base Price:
It's the actual cost of the car that only includes factory warranty and equipment cost .

Monroney Price:
It's shows the base price, manutfacturer's installed options and the manutfacturer's quoted retail price.

Invoice Price:
It's the manuufacturer's initial price to the dealer. It's higher than the final dealer's cost because dealer receives discounts and allowances.
